I became a physician assistant, because I love the complexity of the human body, the diversity of diseases that I'm able to treat, and love having the ability to impact my community for the better. Working in Allergy and Asthma gives me great satisfaction, because I'm able to improve the quality of life of the patients I treat, and I enjoy educating them on their disease and how to treat and prevent it. I especially enjoy working with my food allergic patients and giving them alternative treatment options for their food allergies, other than just avoidance.
